Today marks the beginning of a new era for me as an independent driving instructor (adi), franchise free, and I am therefore no longer able to offer AA Driving Lessons!
I've held two driving school franchices with the AA motoring organisation, but now is the time for me to step out with my own learner driver outfit, do my own driving school marketing and truely be my own boss.
Working as an AA driving instructor has been fun, challenging and allowed me to build my own pupil base, introduce me to the ropes of running a school business, but now is the time for me to make my own mark in the industry.
If you are thinking about becoming a driving instructor, you need to think twice, don't believe everything that the ADI training orgainizations like the AA, RED, Instructor College, LDC tell you, do the research!
